JC Lightning (“we”, “us”, “our”) manufactures and exports solar lighting from Shenzhen, China. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to jclightning.com and the enquiry channels linked from it.

We only collect the information you choose to give us. We do not run user accounts, and we do not take payments on this website.
- Enquiry form — your name, email address, and (optionally) your company, product interest, and message details such as product type, quantity, and destination.
- Direct contact — if you reach us by WhatsApp or email, we receive the contact details and message content you send.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not send it through these channels.

We use the information solely to:
- respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations;
- communicate with you about products, samples, orders, and shipping;
- maintain our ongoing business relationship with you.

Enquiry-form submissions are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that forwards your message to our company email. Your message is also stored in our email and business systems so our team can follow up. We share your information only with service providers that help us operate (such as the form processor and email host), and only as needed to respond to you — or where required by law.
Cookies and local storage
At present this website uses only functional browser storage — for example, remembering your chosen language and whether you have already seen the intro animation. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy and the cookie notice accordingly.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve your request and our business relationship, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
